Terms of Service
The following are the terms and conditions upon which Collector Design Studio (as Brandon LeNoir LLC) agrees to sell to the "customer" the "products". The terms and conditions constitute a legally binding contract between Collector and the customer unless different terms are agreed to in writing. Payment of a Collector quote, pro forma, invoice, or online order demonstrates the customer's agreement to these terms and conditions.
ORDERS & PROCESSING
Lead times are listed on each product's page and every attempt is made to keep this accurate. If you need an item sooner, please contact us directly. Custom orders are made to meet the customer's unique specifications and thus, all special order items are final sale and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. No cancellations or refunds on custom orders within 10 days of purchase order.
All products must be paid in full on the date of shipment. On orders with deposits, the customer agrees to pay 50% of the purchase price with the balance due upon the customer being notified that the order is ready for shipping. Customers are responsible for all applicable sales and use taxes. Customer warrants that its use of any resale number it provides to Collector is valid.
Collector will ship products in accordance with the customer's instructions, using shipping companies and freight forwarders deemed reliable by Collector and based on, among other things, destination, weight, and package dimensions. If a Customer notifies Collector that they with to arrange for shipping and delivery, the customer may specify a preferred carrier and provide the customer's account information to Collector for direct billing by the carrier to the customer. In such event, the customer is fully responsible for tracking, damage claims, and insurance, and Collector will have no liability whatsoever after the product is picked up by the customer's carrier. If, in the opinion of Collector, products are only suitable for shipping by Collector-specified carrier (due to product dimensions, fragility, or other reasons), Collector may refuse to permit the customer to arrange shipping.
All fees for failed delivery for failed deliveries due to the fault of the customer or product recipient are non-refundable. Unless otherwise expressly provided, delivery charges do not include charges for inside delivery, unpacking, placement, residential address, lift-gate service, or installation. Although Collector, attempts to give reasonable estimates of anticipated delivery dates, actual delivery dates might be subject to circumstances beyond Collector's control, including delays caused by governmental inspections, shipping, and events in the country of origin of the goods sold.
Collector offers a one year warranty against all defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty excludes electronic components (such as speakers, LED drivers, etc) which are covered by their own manufacturer's warranties. Collector makes no warranty with respect to, or accepts any responsibility related to, those components. For a period of one year following the delivery of each product, Collector, at its own expense and at no cost to the customer, will replace or repair any product which is defective in workmanship or materials. Collector reserves the right to determine the most appropriate manner to fulfill this warranty. Collector is not obligated to pay any charge back for labor or other costs incurred without Collector's advance written approval. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident or misuse occurring after product is delivered including, without limitation, proper installation.
