Shipping & Returns
Orders placed for in-stock items will ship in 2-3 business days via USPS unless stated otherwise. Please refer to the product description for stock quantities. Shipping for custom orders will be discussed with the customer upon placement of the order.
Because we fabricate our own products, we can (dependent upon our current work load) fullfull orders for out-of-stock items quicker than standard. If you need something fast, please contact us directly.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
A customer wishing to return any product must notify Collector within 10 days of receiving the product and must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. After Collector issues an RA#, the customer must return the product in their original packaging so as to be received by Collector within 14 days of the issuance of the RA#. If Collector accepts the return, the customer will receive a credit in the amount paid for the product, less a 25% restocking fee. Any cancellation of an in-stock item purchase before the product has shipped will not be subject to a restocking fee.
Collector does not accept returns on products that have been installed or for custom orders. Cancellation of custom orders after the commencement of fabrication are subject to the forfeiture of the 50% deposit given by the customer. Cancellations prior to the commencement of fabrication are not subject to this penalty. Customers shall notify Collector of any defects in the product or damage during shipping 10 days of delivery and shall retain all packaging. Customer shall photograph all sides of the carton in which the product was shipped, including the shipping label, and provide such evidence of damages within a 10 day period. If notice is not given within this period, Collector retains the right to reject the return of the product.
Collector shall not liable to the customer or deemed to be at fault for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly form acts of God, civil or military authority, acts of the public enemy, terrorism, war, riots, civil disturbances, accidents, fire, explosions, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or any other cause above the reasonable control of Collector.
